Monster Trainer v1.0.1 released! Added some quality of life improvements, making some of the visuals more clear, and fixed a couple of lingering bugs with the game.

- lowered quest time to 20h
- added visual showing low stats
- fixed enter code controls
- fixed 0 food/hygiene not killing monsters
- fixed cursor state not updating in menu on load
- fixed dead enemy after battle with full roster
